Energizing Hatha

Monday’s at 6:15 pm – 7:30 pm 
at Yoga of Sausalito

A balanced combination of flow and holding of poses to energize body and mind. With emphasis on aligning mind, body and breath, teachings are fueled with mindfulness, alignment principles, self-care and a touch of magic. This movement meditation includes mudras, mantras, pranayama and creative sequencing designed to inspire your yoga practice and energize your body and spirit. All levels are invited.

Gentle Yoga

Tuesday’s & Thursday’s at 7:30 am – 8:30 pm 
at Marin Power Yoga

Gentle Yoga moves slower and often offers a modification that is more accessible. A slow flow with standing poses building strength and floor poses increasing flexibility, Gentle Yoga will refresh and rejuvenate you.


Gentle Flow

Tuesday’s at 6:30 pm – 7:45 am 
at Pomegranate Yoga in San Anselmo

This class is open to all women, including prenatal, and is a combination of gentle vinyasa and restorative poses that will help you to clear your mind, move your circulation and open your chest, shoulders, and hips after a day of sitting, driving, and working with computers. Join us in community to truly unwind and reset your nervous system.


Weekly Yoga Sessions are focused on Naia’s gentle approach to yoga and offer a safe space for people to explore the art of yoga. This is a great  opportunity to discover a yoga practice that is YOURS & that works for your individual body & mind.
