One-on-One

Private sessions offer personalized instructions to develop a greater understanding of yoga in YOUR body. Yoga is for everyone and together we will find your expression of this ancient practice. These sessions will be entirely based on your needs as a yoga practitioner. I will work with you to create a practice suitable for where you are now.

Yoga offers many benefits including optimizing your health, reducing stress, improving strength, flexibility and balance in both body and mind. YOUR YOGA will serve as your anchor to a more potent life.

One-on-One sessions & Semi-Privates (for small groups) are available online and in person.
